I contacted JT Dale emergency number and they responded immediately. They came to my house as they said they would, promptly. I am extremely happy with both the work done, follow-up and communications. The job was professionally done. The team were friendly and answered any questions we had. Special mention - Josh did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them and have used them on more than one occasion.

Dean replaced 16 year old mixer tap in ensuite, swiftly and cleanly, checked with me to make sure I was satisfied with the work and new equipment supplied. Very professional and also gave some excellent advice concerning replacement of same age hot water heater/storage system
